1.1. How to book a vehicle online on our website?

Online booking is made in 4 steps and it takes less than a minute.
We guarantee for the best prices when booking a vehicle using our application, without hidden costs.
We should also mention that:
Cheap car hire application shows only available vehicles and it works online.

Step 1
Cheap car hire application enables a quick and automatic online reservation of vehicles through our reservation system. Enter the necessary information (pick up and drop off date, time and location-step 1). Click to check available vehicles and you are already in step number 2, where you will get a list of available vehicles for the requested period with the stated daily price, total price and the list of what is included in the price.

Step 2
See the complete offer of available vehicles with the total price for the requested dates, and the list of what is included in the price. You can filter the search results to automatic, manual, cabriolet, 7-seat minivan, SUV… if you have specific requirements. Click on Book, for a vehicle that meets your requirements, and you will go to step 3.

Step 3
In step number 2 you have seen what’s included in the price and what’s the amount of the deposit. CDW insurance is included (you will see what’s the amount of the deposit in the brackets), winter tyres, 2 drivers, unlimited mileage in the country where the car is issued.
In the third step you can add SCDW (full casco insurance without deposit), in which case you don’t leave the deposit.
TP insurance with assistance provides tyres insurance and assistance in case of tyre damage.
With the purchased SCDW and TP insurance, you are completely protected, without any unpleasant surprise.
CF-Insurance in case of reservation cancellation guarantees you: that you can change your reservation without additional charge; full refund if you cancel your reservation in the last 24 hours; full refund if you, for any reason, don’t show up at the pick up location (delay or cancellation of a flight, bus, train, sudden private reasons, urgent business duties…)
Cross border If you want to cross the border, you should add cross border…
If you need it, you should also add GPS navigation, baby seat, children’s seat and you will go to the last step.

Step 4
You will enter your personal information here. If you have special requests you can write them in the comments. Select the type of payment (cash or payment card), click that you agree with the rental terms and with the policy of canceling the reservation and send your reservation.
Note that the communication between our application and its users is protected by 128-bit SSL encrypted connection. That’s what makes your data absolutely protected and secure.
The system works online, and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within a few minutes. In the case of payment with a payment card, the card will be charged.

2. How can we pay rent a car services?

2.1 How can we pay online?

We accept all debit and credit cards Visa, Master and American Express.
With online booking of a vehicle, charges are made in euros at the official exchange rate of the card companies.

2.2 How can we pay offline (at the pick up)?

We accept all debit and credit cards Visa, Master, Maestro and American Express. We accept cash. In case of paying by cash, or by debit card, there is a possibility of paying an additional security deposit.
Payments at the pick up of a vehicle are done in local currency, and the calculation is done at the official exchange rate of the card companies.

2.3 Accepting cash?

We accept rent payment by cash, but you can’t pay deposit by cash. The deposit can only be paid by debit or credit cards (Visa, Master, Maestro and American express). With cash payment, it is obligatory to buy TP insurance (tyres protection) or to leave the deposit from 100 to 250 euros, depending on the vehicle class.

3. Types of insurance and deposit?

The rental price includes CDW (basic casco insurance with damage participation and obligatory deposit). Deposit and participation in the damage depends on the vehicle class. They go from 500 to 1500 euros.

3.1 What is deposit?

Rental company offers free basic casco insurance – CDW insurance. It is a basic casco insurance, and it goes with leaving a deposit of 500,00 to 1500,00 euros, depending on the vehicle class. This insurance is included in the basic rental price. The maximum participation in the damage is the amount of your deposit, and you pay all the damages up to the amount of the deposit. For example, deposit is 700 euros, damages is 500 euros, you will pay a full damage of 500 euros. If the damage is 3000,00 euros, you will pay 700,00 euros, which is the amount of the deposit. Of course, this only applies if you are the one responsible for the damage and if another person is the second participant in the accident (damage at the parking), in case of inflammation, vehicle theft, natural disasters… The deposit is withdrawn from the card (we don’t have the possibility of blocking the amount). 3.1.1 Deposit refund?

Deposit refund period goes from 28 to 90 working days, starting from the day of returning the vehicle. The first day of that period is the day when you returned the vehicle.

3.2 What is SCDW insurance?

SCDW insurance is full casco insurance. It includes windows, vehicle stealing, vehicle inflammation, damage from natural disasters, vandalism, as well as damages made by unknown persons. Please note that no insurance is valid unless you have a police record. So, if you don’t have a police record, you will pay the full amount of the damage. Also, if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics, you lose the right to get an insurance and you will pay the full amount of the damage. The tyres are not included in SCDW insurance. TP (tyres protection with assistance) is purchased separately.

3.3 What is TP insurance with assistance?

TP is tyre insurance with assistance. It includes tyre insurance and their replacement if it is necessary. It is purchased separately. The tyre insurance price is from 2,00 euros per day to 4,00 euros per day for all the tyres (depending on the vehicle class). If you have bought SCDW and TP insurance, you have completely secured your vehicle.
If you don’t want to buy it, it is obligatory to leave your card information or to leave the deposit from 100,00 to 250,00 euros, depending on the vehicle class.
It should be noted that in case of consuming narcotics or alcohol, no insurance is valid, and you will pay the full damage.
Also, a police record is required. If you don’t have a record, rental company will charge you from your credit or debit card, from your deposit, or in any other legal way.

3.4 What is CF-Cancelation fee insurance?

CF is insurance in the case of cancellation, change of reservation or if you don’t show up at the pick up location. Rental company guarantees a change of reservation with no extra charge if you change your reservation in the last 24 hours before the pick up, a full refund if you cancel your reservation in the last 24 hours, a full refund if you don’t show up at the pick up location for any reason (delay or cancellation of a flight, bus, train, sudden private reasons, urgent business duties…).
If you haven’t bought CF insurance, the change of reservation in the last 24 hours before the pick up will cost you 30 euros. Cancellation in the last 24h before the pick up – 50,00 euros. In case you don’t show up at the location, full amount of your charged reservation will be kept.

4. How to pick up and drop off the vehicle?

4.1 Pick up the vehicle?

The vehicle will wait for you at the agreed location and at the agreed time. Rental company representative will wait for you with a paper with your name and he will take you to the vehicle. You just need to sign the contract and you can start driving your car.

4.2 Drop off the vehicle?

You will need to return the vehicle at the time specified in the contract, at the agreed location specified in the contract, on the date stated in the contract, and our representative will wait for you there.

5. How to change pick up and drop off time, how to cancel the reservation?

5.1 Being late, not showing up or earlier vehicle pick up?

If the user doesn’t show up at the pick up location at the agreed time, rental company has the right to keep the entire amount of the reservation. Rental company will wait at the agreed location for 30 minutes. After that, the reservation is canceled, and the amount will be kept (this doesn’t apply if you have purchased CF insurance). If the user informs us about his delay, the reservation won’t be canceled, and the maximum waiting time will be 3 hours. The first hour of waiting is free, and each next hour of waiting costs 10 euros per hour.
Please note that with the purchased CF, the user can’t have a financial loss in the case mentioned above.

5.2 Being late, not showing up or earlier vehicle drop off?

In case of delay in returning the vehicle, the longest waiting time will be 1 hour. If the user is late more than an hour, he/she will have to pay an extra day.
In case of not showing up at the agreed place and time for the return of the vehicle, the vehicle will be considered stolen and the rental company will inform the authorities about that.
In case of earlier return of the vehicle, the rental company doesn’t make a refund.

5.3 Cancellation and change of reservation?

In case of cancellation or change of reservation, please folow link, or you need to inform us at least 24 hours in advance by contacting +38268840480 or by e-mail rentacarsimeun@gmail.com. In that case, you will receive a complete money refund. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours before the pick up, you will pay 50 euros. If you change the details of your reservation in the last 24 hours, you will pay 30,00 euros of administrative expenses.
Please note that with the purchased CF, the user can’t have a financial loss in the case mentioned above.
It should also be noted that rental prices can be changed if you change the dates of your reservation.

5.4 Prolonging the rental?

In case of prolonging the rental, the user will ask for the approval from the rental company, at least 24 hours before the expiration of the contract, and he/she will be obliged to pay the additional amount at that moment. If the user exceeds the agreed deadline for returning the vehicle without the consent of the rental company, the vehicle will be considered as stolen and rental company will inform the authorities about that. In that case, the user will have all material, moral and criminal responsibility.

6. What to do in case of an accident, breakage or theft of a vehicle?

6.1 What to do in case of an accident?

In case of an accident, it is necessary to:
– inform our call center by calling +38268840480;
– inform the police by calling 122, inform the nearest police patrol or police station;
– take the names and addresses of the participants and witnesses;
– take photos of the vehicles that are involved in the accident;
– make sure after that, that the vehicle is in a safe place;
– inform the rental company and submit a written report about the damage;
– call and wait for the police authorities to make an official damage report.
In case of an accident and damage on a vehicle in which the user has partial or complete responsibility, the provisions of the Insurance Law of Montenegro shall apply.

6.2 What to do in case of breakage?

In case of breakage it is necessary to inform the rental company so that the vehicle replacement can be done. The user will not pay for the mechanical damages on the vehicle if he/she has done everything to prevent such a breakage.

6.3 Parking penalties

The user will pay all the costs of the parking penalties. If we get the parking penalty later, and not during the rental, it will be 30 euros extra because of the administrative expenses.

6.4 What to do in case of theft of the vehicle?

In the case of theft, you should first check with local authorities for removing improperly parked cars whether the car was removed from that place.
If it is a vehicle theft, you should inform our call center +38268840480 or +381643456300 and police.
The user must have the police report about where the theft has happened.
The user shall pay the whole amount for the vehicle loss if he/she doesn’t provide the report.

OTHER QUESTIONS

7. Crossing the border with a vehicle

The user can’t cross the border without previously getting the permission from the rental company, and that permission would be stated in the contract. For crossing the border you have to buy cross border. The price goes from 3 to 8 euros per day, depending on the vehicle class, and it is paid for every rental day. Cross border limitations: With class A vehicles (Mercedes Smart) you are allowed to go up to 150km from the border. With other classes of vehicles you are allowed to drive up to 250 km from the border.
If you are going more than this limit, you have to pay 10 euros per day for every rental day.

8. Purchase of additional equipment (GPS navigation, Baby seat, Insurance, SIM card…)

While making a reservation, in the step number 3 you need to check an additional equipment if you need it (GPS navigation, Baby seat, Insurance, SIM card…)

9. One-way rentals?

One-way rentals are possible for all European countries.

10. Can I have 2 or more drivers on my contract?

Yes. One additional driver is free. Each next driver is paid 15 euros per rental.

11. What are the age limitations for renting a vehicle?

No limitation. You need only a driver’s license. There is only additional insurance for younger than 22 and older than 70, and it costs 30,00 euros per rental.

12. Can I drive with a national driver's license?

Yes. You can hire a vehicle without limitation with your national driver’s license at all our rental places.

What is SSL certificate (Https protocol)?

We respect your privacy. We will never forward your information to third parties.

SSL certificate and HTTPS protocol provide encryption of the communication, that is, the security of the content that travels from our cheap car hire application to the visitor of the site and vice versa. This prevents any kind of misuse, such as eavesdropping or malicious modification of content which travels through the internet network in both directions.
All data transmitted through our application are encrypted and absolutely protected from third parties (Https protocol).
By using the latest SSL technology known on the Internet for data transfer, your data is absolutely secure and protected.
Data Security is guaranteed by the world’s largest hosting provider GoDaddy Operating Company, LLC., which has its headquarters in the United States of America, address: 4455 North Hayden Road

13. What if I don’t receive confirmation of my reservation?
